As the fresh greenery of spring begins to bloom, Gallery Son is excited to host another special pottery event this season.
The event will take place over three days: May 3rd (Sat), 4th (Sun), and 5th (Mon, national holiday).
It’s open to everyone, so feel free to drop by and join in!

Special Sale – Original Pottery by Local StudiosBack by popular demand! We’re once again offering a special sale of original pottery directly from the kiln.
You’ll find rare, discontinued pieces as well as everyday favorites—unique items you won’t find anywhere else, all at special prices.
It’s the perfect chance to discover hidden gems!
Event 2
Wheel & Hand-Building Pottery Workshop
Make Your Own Planter with Mogusa Clay
Dates: May 4th (Sun) & 5th (Mon, holiday)
Time: 11:00 AM / 3:30 PM (Two sessions per day)
Participation Fee: Free
Try your hand at making your own planter or other pottery piece using Mogusa clay—a rare and highly prized clay even in Japan.
This workshop is open to all skill levels, including complete beginners.
Bring your friends or family and enjoy a memorable spring activity together!
• Advance reservations are given priority, but same-day signups are welcome.
• If a session is full, we may extend the time or close reservations. We’ll contact you directly if needed.
• What to bring: One towel per person
• Canceled in case of rain
