About your order
For purchases totaling 500,000 yen (including tax) or more, shipping is "free" both domestically and internationally.
For orders totaling less than 500,000 yen, shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you enter the shipping address in the cart.
Domestic shipping: 2,000 yen per item
International shipping: 12,000 yen per item
Please note that when delivering internationally, additional costs such as customs duties and value-added tax may apply. These costs will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Please choose your preferred payment method from "Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club)", "PayPal", "Bank Transfer", etc.
We will only accept initial defects as a general rule. In the case of initial defects, please contact us by email within 1 week of the product's arrival. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to customer convenience.
While we strive to ensure the quality of our products, if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or if the product is damaged, we kindly ask for your cooperation in the following 3 points within 7 days of the product's arrival:
① Please keep everything, including the outer cardboard, inner packaging materials, and the product, in the condition they were received. The delivery company will come to pick them up.
② Please take a photo of the damaged product.
③ Attach the photo to the order confirmation email and contact us regarding the product damage.

Enter shipping and payment information
Delivery
After payment is completed, items will be shipped within 7 business days.
However, for items that require custom wooden boxes, we will produce the wooden box based on the size of the purchased item, so delivery will be made approximately 3 weeks later.
After shipping, delivery information will be sent to the email address you provided.
At Son, we offer double boxes and wrapping cloths (drawstring bags tailored to the product) for gifts.

Shipping is available to any country.
When you enter the shipping address in the cart, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated.
Please note that when delivering overseas, additional costs such as customs duties and value-added tax may apply.
These costs will be the responsibility of the recipient, so please be aware of this.
Once your order is completed, we will automatically send you an order confirmation email.
If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please check your "Junk Mail Folder" or register "support@gallery-son.com" as a receivable address.

Once your items are shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it.

Payment methods
No settlement fees will be charged. However, please bear the bank transfer fee.
If you need an invoice issued in advance, please let us know when placing your order.
Receipts can be issued by yourself after payment.
Delivery of products
Excluding made-to-order items, we will ship your order within 10 business days after the order is completed. If you choose wrapping or packaging options, it may take about 20 business days to create a furoshiki (wrapping cloth) tailored to your order.
Please note that there may be delays in shipping due to a surge in orders, transportation issues, delivery impossibility or delays due to inclement weather or disasters, year-end and New Year holidays, or busy periods in the workshop. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, so please understand this in advance.
Documents such as "invoices" and "receipts" with amounts written on them are not included with the delivered items, so please rest assured even when sending gifts.
Customers who wish to receive a "receipt" can print it themselves from the "order completion screen," "order confirmation email," or "order history in My Page."
For items that have not been shipped, please inquire by replying to the order confirmation email (support@gallery-son.com).
For items that have already been shipped, we specify the "shipping company" and "tracking number" in the shipping completion email, so please check that and contact the shipping company.
If the product is returned to the warehouse due to expiration of the pickup deadline, we will charge a re-delivery fee for resending. Please check for any absence notices and make sure to arrange for redelivery within the storage period.
We strive to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a different item from what you ordered or if the item is damaged, we kindly ask for your cooperation in the following 3 steps within 7 days of receiving the product:

② Please take a photo of the damaged item.
③ Attach the photo to the order confirmation email and contact us regarding the damaged item.
