Refund policy

(1) Returns are possible within 20 days from the arrival date of the product.

(2) However, please note that the following products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged regardless of the preceding clause:
- Used products
- Products that have been in the customer's possession for more than 21 days after arrival
- Products that have scratches or stains occurred while in the customer's possession
- Products without packaging (wooden boxes or boxes)
- Custom-made products, products with customer's name, and other products that have been processed for the customer
- Other products specified on the product introduction page as non-returnable.

(3) Our company will bear the shipping costs for returns, etc.

(4) Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the arrival of the returned product, depending on the payment method.
