About Shipping

This website (hereinafter referred to as "our store") will deliver at a flat shipping rate.
Domestic delivery: ¥2,000 per item
International delivery: ¥12,000 per item

For purchases totaling ¥500,000 (tax included) or more, shipping is "free" for both domestic and international deliveries.
For orders less than ¥500,000, shipping costs will be automatically calculated when entering the delivery address in the cart. Please note that when delivering overseas, additional costs such as customs duties and value-added tax may apply, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

The shipping method is designated by our company, and customers generally cannot choose their preferred method.

If you have any preferences for date, time, or shipping method, please contact us in advance before placing an order. Please note that we cannot accept requests for changes after an order has been placed.

About Delivery Days

In order to ensure reliable delivery to customers, we use shipping methods with tracking numbers.
Generally, we ship within 10 business days, and domestic delivery takes 2-3 days to arrive (3-4 days for remote islands, and around 1 week for international deliveries).
Please note that this may vary in areas affected by natural disasters or large events.

About Damages During Shipping

While we take great care to ensure that the outer packaging is free from scratches or dents during packaging, there is a possibility of damage occurring during transportation due to issues during shipping or the responsibility of the shipping carrier after handover.
In such cases, if you provide photos of the damaged product or packaging, returns are possible within 20 days from the arrival date. We will cover the return shipping costs.
